1. Who you're dealing with
This site is run by LuckySings, an independent artist based in Prague, Czech Republic, operating as a sole trader (OSVČ). Full business details are in the Imprint. Any reference to 'I', 'me', or 'we' means LuckySings; 'you' means you, the visitor or customer.
2. Using the site
You're welcome to browse, stream linked content, sign up for the newsletter, and buy merch. You agree not to:
- Use the site at scale or use automated tools to hammer it
- Reproduce substantial parts of the content (lyrics, photos, videos) outside fair-use / personal-sharing contexts without permission
- Attempt to break, exploit, or probe the site for vulnerabilities
- Impersonate me or use the LuckySings name to mislead people
3. Intellectual property
All music, lyrics, photos, videos, written content, and the LuckySings name and logo are © LuckySings and its collaborators. Music rights may also be © LuckySings and its collaborators — you can share, embed, and quote under fair-use / fair-dealing principles and normal social-media etiquette. Commercial use (sync, sampling, merchandise, AI training, etc.) requires written permission — email luckysingsinbox@gmail.com.
4. Merchandise orders
Who sells to you. Merch is sold by LuckySings and fulfilled via Shopify (checkout, payment) and a print/fulfillment partner. When you place an order, a contract forms between you and LuckySings governed by these terms and Czech law, with EU consumer protections applied where you're based.
Prices and payment. Prices are shown in EUR and include Czech VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Payment is processed by Shopify / Stripe; I never see your full card number.
Shipping. Orders usually ship within 3–7 business days. Times depend on destination: typically 3–5 days within Czechia, 5–10 days within the EU, 10–20 days outside the EU. Any customs duties or import taxes for non-EU destinations are your responsibility.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers). If you're a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive. Email luckysingsinbox@gmail.com and then return the item unworn, in original condition. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrives faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of me receiving the returned item.
Custom / personalized items (e.g. signed variants) are exempt from the right of withdrawal once production has started.
Faulty or incorrect items. If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — email with a photo within 14 days of delivery. I'll replace it or refund, including return shipping. This is in addition to your statutory warranty rights.
5. Shows and tickets
Tickets for shows are sold by the venue or a third-party ticketing service, not by me. Refunds, rescheduling, and entry rules are handled by whoever sold you the ticket. The 'Tickets' links on this site redirect to those external partners (Bandsintown, venue sites, etc.) — their terms apply to the transaction.
6. Newsletter
Subscribing is free. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email, or by emailing luckysingsinbox@gmail.com. I won't add you without your consent, and I won't share your email with anyone.
7. Third-party services
The site embeds content from and links to YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Bandsintown, Shopify, Mailchimp, Instagram, TikTok, and others. Each has its own terms and privacy policy. Clicking through means you accept theirs.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided as-is. I try to keep it accurate and online, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, zero bugs, or that every piece of information is current (especially show dates — venues can cancel and reschedule). For information that needs to be certain, check the venue's own page.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, my liability for anything arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid me (for merch orders) or zero (for free services like browsing or the newsletter). Nothing in these terms limits liability for things that can't legally be limited — gross negligence, intentional harm, personal injury, or statutory consumer rights.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you're a consumer, you still benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Disputes can be raised with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
11. Changes
I may update these terms — the 'Last updated' date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version. For active merch orders, the terms at the time of purchase still apply.
